Rental is US$24/ per sq. mtr- including service charges & Inclusive of With
Holding Taxes& Exclusive of 16% vat . Service charge include water charges,
Sewerage charges, Garbage collection, Cleaning of Corridors, Lighting common
area, providing security guards in Day & Night, Lift running and
maintenances, it also include backup generator charges but does not include
aircon.
The cost of connecting Tenant’s air-conditioning unit to the generator will
be charged US$1/- per month.(optional)
10 % With Holding Tax should be deducted every month from our net rentals of
USD24 per sq.mtr and With Holding Tax Certificate should be provided every
month against the same.
Leases will be prepared for minimum3 – 5 years, With 5% Escalation every
year on Commencement Date. Rentals will be charges and collected in USD
only. First 3 months rental are to be paid in Advance.
1 month security deposit to be collected from client upon paying the
Security Deposit, one month Beneficial Occupation will be provided to
client.
This is a free month allowance to decorate the office. The following month
will be the commencement date of the lease agreement.
All repairs to that property resulting from normal wear and tear will be
done by IPL Management at no cost to the tenant.
Electricity is currently being paid by the landlord but later in future each
office will have an independent meter .
Space for Signage branding will be allotted as well by IPL Management as
well to client .
